FIELD SUPERINTENDENT
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as a leader.
- Positively lead crews of 5 or more ina timely and efficient manner.
- Show strong ability to effectively read and understand drawings.
- Ability to schedule crews, equipment, and materials prior to project start and during project.
- Ability to assign tasks to crew members to ensure schedule and quality is met.
- Work alongside a crew pouring concrete in commercial, agricultural, and residential settings.
- Document labor, equipment hours, and daily production rates and materials.
- Operating various construction and concrete tools and material handling.
- Experience in Trimble and Leica total station – preferred but not required.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lead Finisher in the commercial concrete trades for both floors and walls.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Ability to lift, carry, and pull 50 pounds or more of material.
- Pre-hire drug screen.
- Ability to remain flexible as specific assignments change.
- Dedicated and reliable work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic.
Hours and Pay
- Monday – Friday (some potential Saturdays)
- $30/hr or higher, depending on experience
