Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Serve as a leader.
• Positively lead crews of 5 or more ina timely and efficient manner.
• Show strong ability to effectively read and understand drawings.
• Ability to schedule crews, equipment, and materials prior to project start and during project.
• Ability to assign tasks to crew members to ensure schedule and quality is met.
• Work alongside a crew pouring concrete in commercial, agricultural, and residential settings.
• Document labor, equipment hours, and daily production rates and materials.
• Operating various construction and concrete tools and material handling.
• Experience in Trimble and Leica total station – preferred but not required.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lead Finisher in the commercial concrete trades for both floors and walls.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to lift, carry, and pull 50 pounds or more of material.
• Pre-hire drug screen.
• Ability to remain flexible as specific assignments change.
• Dedicated and reliable work ethic.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic.

Hours and Pay

• Monday – Friday (some potential Saturdays)
• $30/hr or higher, depending on experience
