Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and friendly Temporary Office Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will create a positive first impression for visitors and clients while ensuring smooth communication and daily office efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Perform data entry and basic clerical duties
  • Assist with filing, copying, scanning, and document preparation
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Support administrative staff as needed

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
